At Palava Clothing, we want you to love your sustainable pieces; if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the inclusion of the completed packing slip.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
